3. Algorithmic Modeling & Accuracy of Formulas

While we strive for the highest degree of mathematical precision and base our algorithms on industry-standard financial models (such as standard compounding equations, RFC 4180 amortization tables, and Trinity Study 4% FIRE methodologies), WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES REGARDING 100% ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF CALCULATIONS.

Calculations are reliant on user-entered variables. Subtle nuances such as compound frequency (daily, monthly, continuous), localized escrow payments, loan origination fees, private mortgage insurance (PMI), and bracketed taxation can cause actual loan statements or investment yields to diverge from mathematical estimates.

4. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links

Our platform may display advertisements delivered via Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by aFinanceCalculator. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or advertisers. 6. CSV Export & Dossier Printing

Our platform provides real-time client-side CSV downloads and executive printable dossiers. These files are generated on-the-fly in browser memory. Users are responsible for verifying all exported data with their lending institution or certified advisor before signing binding loan agreements or promissory notes.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
